The WELL Building Standard is the first building standard to focus exclusively on the health and wellness of the people in buildings. WELL is an evidence and performance-based system for measuring, certifying and monitoring features that impact human health and well-being in the built environment, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind.

Promoting healthy indoor air quality by minimizing and/or reducing sources of pollutants.
WATER
Promoting clean and safe water through proper testing and implementing necessary filtration systems.
NOURISHMENT
Promoting and encouraging healthy eating habits.
LIGHT
Promoting illumination guidelines aimed at coinciding with the body's circadian rhythm to enhance productivity and provide appropriate acuity.

Promoting opportunities to assimilate physical activity into daily life.

Promoting design elements to create a productive, comfortable and distraction free environment.
